How We Created an Unforgettable Event for Young Gamers in Schaerbeek

As part of our collaboration with the city of Schaerbeek, we had the opportunity to create a two-day event around the EA FC 24 game, targeting young players aged from 10 to 20. Our goal was to offer a memorable and entertaining experience, while promoting the essential values of fair play. 

Technological Innovation with Playorium (Our Esports Platform) 

Our Playorium platform played a key role in organizing the event. Thanks to its Auto Seat feature, we were able to simplify match management and eliminate unnecessary questions about the schedule and location of the various matches.  Participants could easily access their personal information on dedicated screens, without complex formalities or tedious searches. This allowed us to save time and energy, ensuring optimal event management and increased comfort for players. 

Technical and Logistical Excellence 

Our team managed the logistics of the event, taking care of the installation of network, gaming, and audiovisual equipment.  A 3D plan was created before the event to ensure a quick, easy, and seamless installation. We also set up a mini-production for on-site spectators, with a caster to commentate during the matches.
